논문내용 : Autoregulation으로 조절되는 FUS의 homeostasis가 깨지게 되면 autophagy 및 RNA processing function의 문제를 통해 독성을 유발한다는 내용으로, 돌연변이가 없는 FUS가 어떻게 질병 발병을 촉진시키는지에 대해 설명하는 내용의 논문입니다.

논문제목 : Chronic Peripheral Inflammation Causes a Region Specific Myeloid Response in the Central Nervous System

논문내용 : Systemic immune dysregulation contributes to the development of neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative diseases. The precise effect of chronic peripheral immune stimulation on myeloid cells across anatomical brain regions is unclear. Our data suggest that chronic peripheral inflammation has heterogeneous effects on the brain, as evidenced by the spectrum of myeloid cell responses observed across brain regions.
