발표자 : 최병조 논문제목 : Autophagy maintains the metabolism and function of young and old stem cells 논문정보 : Nature volume 543, pages 205–210 (09 March 2017) 논문 내용 : Autophagy가 stem cells의 대사를 조절하고 이를 통해 stem cells의 기능을 조절한다는 논문입니다. 특히 old HSC의 Autophagy는 young HSC와 차이가 있으며 이것이 immune cell에 영향을 줄 수 있음을 보여주고 있습니다.

저널 제목 : Distinct myeloid cell subsets promote meningeal remodeling and vascular repair after mild traumatic brain injury 저널 정보 : Nat Immunol. 2018 May;19(5):442-452. 저널 내용 : Mouse의 brain에 mTBI(meningeal compression injury model)를 통하여 meninges에 damage를 주었을 때 peripheral에서 recruitment 되어 시간에 따라 meningeal wound healing과정에 관여하는 myeloid cell subsets에 대한 논문입니다. 이상 두 명입니다. 그럼 오늘 하루도 기분좋은 하루 되십시오! |
