저널내용 : Hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF)−2α는 조골 세포와 파골 세포의 분화를 통해 뼈 리모델링을 조절하는데, 노화된 뼈에서 발현이 증가되어 있다고 합니다. 이를 억제해주면 조골세포 수의 증가와 파골세포 수의 감소로 노화로 인한 골 손실을 개선시킨다는 내용의 논문입니다.

저널내용 : In this work, they have discovered that S1P or FTY720 (an analog of S1P) promoted microglial phagocytosis in stroke independent of S1PRs. Finally, further studies revealed that apolipoprotein E (APOE) loaded with S1P was released by microglia and bound to apoptotic neurons via LDL receptor-related protein 1B (LRP1B) and thereby induced microglia to phagocytose apoptotic neurons.

저널내용 : In this article the authors reported that the accumulation of amyloid beta in the brain parenchyma can occur through peripheral blood amyloid beta. Therefore the contribution of peripheral blood in AD pathogenesis can be targeted to reveal further mechanisms of Alzheimer's disease progression.
