저널내용 : obesity에서 나타나는 현상 중에서 methionine metabolism에 변화가 있어 Methionine metabolism cycle의 첫번째 반응을 조절하는 methionine adenosyltransferase (MAT)를 antisense oligonucleotides로 억제하였을 때, obesity가 개선되고, 이는 Liver에서 FGF21 분비를 통한 Liver-BAT axis를 활성화 시켜서 나타나는 현상이라는 논문입니다.

저널정보:  The International Journal of Biochemistry & Cell Biology 40 (2008) 991–1004

저널내용:  In this article the authors reported that Bigh3 can promote monocyte adhesion through integrin alphaMbeta2 receptor. Especially, fasciclin-1 domain of Bigh3 is responsible for monocyte adhesion and migration through transendothelial barrier. Therefore, TGFBIp plays an important role in inflammatory diseases.

저널내용 :  Retromer component인 Vacuolar sorting protein 35(VPS35)가 mouse microglia에서 depletion 되었을 때, hippocampus에서 microglia의 density와 activity가 증가되고 Subgranular zone(SGZ)의 Adult Hippocampal Neurogenesis(AHN)를 disturb 함으로써 Depression-like behavior와 Impairment of long-term recognition memory가 나타난다는 내용입니다.
