저널내용 : 기존에 알려진 bone을 흡수하는 osteoclast와는 달리, 이 저자들이 발견한 vessel associated osteoclast (VAO)는 endothelial cell에서 분비되는 proteinases (ex.MMP9)과 상호작용을 통해 cartilage를 흡수하고, H vessel의 구조를 조절하여 bone elongation의 방향을 조절한다는 논문입니다.

저널내용 : In this article, the author investigated the characteristics of monocyte-derived macrophage and microglia as well as justified their distinct role in normal condition and Alzheimer's disease condition. Furthermore, they assessed their phagocytic role through CD14 and CD36 where several proinflammatory mediators are investigated to differentiate between microglia and macrophage.
