저널내용 : Young mice에 Synthetic glucocorticoids (GC) 의 treatment는 long bone의 metaphysis에 vascular endothelial cell의 노화를 유도시킨다고 합니다. 이는 angiogenin을 분비하는 osteoclasts가 인근에 있는 vascular cell의 노화를 보호하는 핵심 요소를 억제하여 생긴 현상임을 밝히며, skeletal angiogenesis에서 osteoclast와 혈관의 상호작용을 밝힌 논문입니다.

저널제목 : TGFBI Production by Macrophages Contributes to an Immunosuppressive Microenvironment in Ovarian Cancer

저널내용 : In this article, the author investigated how the ECM changes during the neoplastic transformation of serous tubal intraepithelial carcinoma lesions (STIC) into high-grade serous ovarian cancers(HGSOC). Proteomic analysis of the matrisome fraction between FT, fimbria, and ovaries showed significant differences in the ECM protein TGFBIp.  In vitro stimulation of macrophages with TGFb and IL4 induced secretion of TGFBI, whereas IFNg/LPS downregulated macrophage TGFBI expression. Therefore TGFBI may favor an immunosuppressive microenvironment in STICs that persists in advanced HGSOC.
