저널내용: In this article the authors reported that Amyloid beta peptide 1-42 is responsible for the activation of platelet through inducing Integrin αIIbβ3 activation, platelet adhesion and formation of thrombus. They also found that this mechanism is significantly supported by NADPH Oxidase.
